The 8 modules over 8 weeks will cover every single thing you need to know about Mindful Parenting, and how to put it into action with your kids. As we work together, we will look at situations both fictional and from our real lives to practice new skills being learned. We will work through what our initial responses may be and then challenge ourselves to work through the situation with a different mindset.

Learning new skills takes thought, introspection, and work. the Mindful Parenting workbook will support each week’s lessons and challenge you to find the root of your autopilot thoughts and the ways to try things a bit differently.
